About Me
I am a result driven project engineering professional offering 25+ years of experience having a very good understanding of entire technical value chain / project life-cycle including project definition, feasibility studies, FEED and detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & start-up who enjoys challenging and diverse roles working with multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams.
My Expertise
- Lead a team of discipline engineers / designers and make certain that they are aware of all the technical elements of the project and nature of work to produce the required deliverables within the allotted time and budgeted man hours.
- Execute multi discipline engineering activities to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements within the cost and schedule targets.
- Plan, coordinate and control multi discipline EPC projects within cost and schedule expectations in compliance with company HSE and quality standards.
- Highly conversant with project management techniques required for various stages of project life cycle with willingness to take full responsibility for the delivery of project objectives.
- Manage of bid engineering for large oil and gas EPC projects in order to succeed in contract award and maximize commercial results.
- Lead and guide a team of engineering discipline leads to produce EPC proposal deliverables including engineering man hours, Bulks MTO, RFQs for bought outs, Construction BOQ, proposal write-ups etc.
