      • Lead and guide a team of engineering specialist leads working on bid engineering to produce proposal deliverables including engineering man hours, Bulks MTO, RFQs, Construction BOQ, etc.
      • Manage post tender clarifications and participate in techno commercial meetings with client and close out all technical issues for EPC proposals.
      • Lead the task force of discipline engineers / designers assigned for projects and make certain that the team is aware of all the technical elements of the project and nature of work.

      • Manage the engineering activities pertaining to plant modifications and liaise regularly with Operations and safety Departments to ensure the engineering design is acceptable to such user departments.
      • Prepare the necessary documentation for presentation to the Design Change Subcommittee for their approval to implement the change. Takes an active part in DCS review meetings as assigned project specialist.
      • Prepare and finalize the scope of work / Statement of Requirement for modifications to be subcontracted out for implementation.
      • Supervise and direct construction contractor / maintenance team during implementation of the plant modification.
