  • Roles / Responsibilities

      • Develop Project Initiation Note (PIN) Package based on the draft Statement of Requirement from PIN originators.
      • Facilitate nomination of PIN Package Team Leader (PPTL) and PIN Package Team (PPT) members.
      • Liaise with PIN originator to clarify the queries raised by the PIN Package Team on the Statement of Requirement.
      • Finalize the Statement of Requirement (SOR) in coordination with the PIN Package Team and PIN originator.
      • Obtain Stage gate estimate and Stage gate schedule from project services department
      • Compile the final PIN Package including all deliverable required for Stage Gate # 1 approval.

  • Roles / Responsibilities

      • Prepare and finalize Scope of Work and its attachments for conducting the study.
      • Carryout Technical and commercial bid evaluation of the offers received from bidders and issue award recommendation.
      • Manage contractor’s study activities including options screening, options selection, feasibility and concept optimization.
      • Manage the HSSE aspects of the design (HAZID, WHAT IFs, HAZOPS, ENVID, PRA, Project F& S philosophy) to assure compliance with Company’s established HSE policies and procedures.
      • Identify, evaluate and manage issues / events that may constitute an increase or decrease in scope, safety, project quality, cost, or schedule.
      • Conduct presentation to study focal points and management to facilitate approval of selected option and the concept optimization study to proceed further to FEED.
      • Collate and finalize the FEED Scope of Services and its attachments.
      • Responsible to Upload the feasibility study in SAP and obtain gate # 2 approval from Management.

  • Roles / Responsibilities

      • Lead the task force of discipline engineers / designers and make certain that the team is aware of all the technical elements of the project and nature of work.
      • Ensure the scope of the project and inter discipline activities are fully understood and covered by all discipline engineers to ensure total scope coverage without missing areas or duplication.
      • Manage effective interdisciplinary coordination to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project and contractual requirements.
      • Provide the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts among disciplines and act as focal point between non technical disciplines such as procurement, contracting and construction and the engineering team.
      • Act as a representative of company towards client in all technical matters and manage technical issues / changes presented to the client and ensure that they are resolved and ensure incorporation of the changes.
      • Manage the HSSE studies of the FEED (HAZID, HAZOP, Project F& S philosophy) to assure compliance with Company’s established HSE policies and procedures.
      • Identify, evaluate and manage issues / events that may constitute an increase or decrease in scope, safety, project quality, cost, or schedule.

    Project Brief To upgrade the internals of the seven (7) nos. of existing 3 Phase production separators at Khatiyah North, Khaityah South and Khatiyah Main to improve the Water in Oil (WIO) outlet specification.
    To provide piping early tie-ins to facilitate implementation of the modifications pertaining to Dukhan Production Facilities Upgrade upgrade without additional shutdown.

  • Roles / Responsibilities

      • Handle assigned projects (Design Change Requests) ranging from minor modifications through to new installation / construction. Monetary values typically range from $100K to $20M.
      • Manage the engineering activities pertaining to plant modifications and liaise regularly with Operations and safety Departments to ensure the engineering design is acceptable to such user departments.
      • To carry out design and detail engineering for the proposed plant modifications and obtain approval from Design Change Subcommittee (DCS) prior to implementation
      • Prepare Scope of Work for the construction contract
      • Perform Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluation and issue contract award recommendation
      • Supervise and direct construction contractor / maintenance team during implementation of the plant modification.
