- Develop Project Initiation Note (PIN) Package based on the draft Statement of Requirement from PIN originators.
- Facilitate nomination of PIN Package Team Leader (PPTL) and PIN Package Team (PPT) members.
- Liaise with PIN originator to clarify the queries raised by the PIN Package Team on the Statement of Requirement.
- Finalize the Statement of Requirement (SOR) in coordination with the PIN Package Team and PIN originator.
- Obtain Stage gate estimate and Stage gate schedule from project services department

Roles / Responsibilities
